What access does RiffleCM have to our mailbox?
RiffleCM connects to a mailbox you choose (typically a shared estimating or bids inbox) using Microsoft's or Google's standard OAuth sign-in. It reads incoming mail to identify bid invitations and applies a label or category so your team can see what has been processed. RiffleCM does not request permission to send email on your behalf and never stores your mailbox password.
Can we revoke access?
Yes, at any time. Your administrator can remove RiffleCM from Microsoft Entra ID or Google Workspace, or disconnect the inbox from within RiffleCM. Syncing stops immediately. Deactivating a user in RiffleCM also deactivates any inbox connection they set up.
Can we use RiffleCM without connecting a mailbox?
Yes. Customers can forward bid invitations to a dedicated RiffleCM address instead of connecting an inbox.
