To enable Outlook connections for your team, an admin just needs to grant Riffle permission in Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD). This step authorizes a secure, organization-wide connection through Microsoft’s verified OAuth process.

Grant Consent During Riffle Login

This is the quickest way to enable access for all users.

Steps for Admin User:

  1. Navigate to the RiffleCM signup page and press Continue and connect with Outlook

  2. Sign in using your Microsoft admin account

  3. On the Permissions requested screen, check: Consent on behalf of your organization

  4. Press Accept
