Why you should sign up with your own work email
Riffle separates your user identity (the email you log in with) from the inboxes your company already shares with ITB distribution platforms—where project invites arrive.
This means:
You can sign up using your own work email (e.g.,
[email protected]),While your company continues to receive ITBs at shared inboxes (like
[email protected]).Once your Admin connects those inboxes, all ITBs flow automatically into your company’s Shared Inbox in RiffleCM.
How to connect additional inboxes to your Riffle workspace (and make sure your company’s ITBs show up)
Ask your Admin to connect as many inboxes as your company needs by following these steps:
1. Visit Settings → Company Profile
2. Press the "Add an Inbox" button in the top-right of the Email Inboxes Connected... section.
3. Enter the shared email address (e.g., [email protected]).
4. Follow the OAuth steps as they appear on-screen.
Once connected, any new ITBs sent to that address will appear for your whole team in RiffleCM’s Shared Inbox.
