Project Inbox (ITBs) vs. Opportunities: what's the difference?

Project Inbox

  • Houses all of the ITBs Riffle has found for your team; think of them as your inbound leads.

  • Occasionally, if Riffle cannot find a source project, you will also see addendums & project updates come through on this list.

  • Note, if you have already accepted a project, Riffle will list additional bidders as a separate ITB, so you always know when a new bidder comes in.

    • You can easily add bidders to existing projects using the "Move company to bidders..." quick action on the Project Inbox page.

Opportunities

  • Houses all of the ITBs your team has accepted.

  • Includes only bids/projects your team wants to actively pursue & track.

The difference

Riffle works to keep the "noise" of messy ITBs separated from your real opportunities.
