Authentication and Access Control FAQ

Written by Joe Banks

How do users log in to RiffleCM?

Users sign in with email and password, or with their existing Microsoft 365 or Google account. Multi-factor authentication using an authenticator app is available to every user. RiffleCM does not currently support SAML-based single sign-on.

What roles and permissions exist?

Each organization has Owner, Admin, and Member roles. Only Owners and Admins can manage members, change settings, or delete data. Organizations control their own membership at all times.

Who at RiffleCM can access our data?

Access to production systems is limited to a small number of named engineering and support staff, granted only as needed for their role, and protected by multi-factor authentication. Support staff may view an account to troubleshoot an issue when a customer requests help.
