Here are the following steps to reconnect your inbox to the various email providers.
Login into RiffleCM -> https://app.rifflecm.com/sign-in
Go to the upper right hand corner and select Profile and Settings
3. Within Profile and Settings select the Reconnect button to go through authentication process with Microsoft or Google.
4. Then follow the prompts from Google and Microsoft to connect your email inbox. If you need assistance from a Microsoft Admin, refer to this help article here.
