The Schedule tab takes the deliverables you set up in Planning & Tasks and plots them on a calendar. It's the visual, at-a-glance version of your plan — useful for spotting overlaps, gaps, and busy stretches without reading through a list.
The Basics
The Schedule shows an eight-week stretch of the calendar at a time. Each deliverable appears as a colored bar or chip on the days it's scheduled for, based on the planned start and end dates you entered in Planning & Tasks.
Deliverables that run across multiple days show as a bar spanning those days; single-day items show as a chip. Colors match the colors on your Planning list, so the same piece of work is easy to recognize in both places.
Note: The Schedule is a read-only view — it's for seeing your plan, not editing it. To change a date or add work, head to the Planning & Tasks tab. Clicking any bar or chip on the Schedule takes you straight there.

Moving Around the Calendar
Forward and back arrows: jump ahead or back eight weeks at a time to look further out or review what's already happened.
Today: snap back to the current date whenever you've navigated away.
To show weekends, press Open Filters & Views and toggle the Show Weekends option, depending on whether your crews work them.
What Shows Up Here
Only deliverables that have at least a planned start or end date appear on the Schedule. If a deliverable isn't showing up, it most likely doesn't have dates set yet — add them in Planning & Tasks and it'll appear automatically.
Tips
Use the Schedule for a quick weekly look-ahead. It's the fastest way to see where work is stacking up.
If the calendar looks empty, check that your deliverables have planned dates in Planning & Tasks. Dates are what put work on the calendar.
Click straight through a bar to its deliverable when you need to adjust a date. There is no need to navigate the tabs manually.
