The Materials & Products tab is the heart of your Catalog. It is the full list of items your company prices, from a single fitting to a packaged fixture. Each row holds what the item is and what it costs, so it is ready to drop into an estimate or change order proposal, a submittals package, or a purchase order whenever you need it.

Your favorite products

Favorited products are shared across your company and are easy to filter to when you build out a proposal.

Press the heart on a product row to mark it a favorite.

To favorite multiple products, select all relevant product rows, open the Apply Bulk Actions dropdown, and press Favorite.

Archiving a product

Archiving hides a product from your Catalog views without deleting it. Its price history and any estimates that already use it stay untouched. Archive rather than delete when an item is discontinued.

To archive one or more products, open the Apply Bulk Actions dropdown and press Archive.

Finding products

As your Catalog grows, use search and filters to narrow the list:

  • Search: type a part number, description, or vendor part number to jump to an item.

  • Category, manufacturer, or vendor: filter to items in a category, from a brand, or priced by a given vendor.

  • Favorites only: show just your starred items.

  • Unpriced only: show items that still need a price, so you know what to follow up on.

Updating many products at once

To change several products together, select all relevant products and open the Apply Bulk Actions dropdown. From here you can:

  • Favorite or Unfavorite: read more about favorite products above.

  • Set a category: move the selected products into one category.

  • Update pricing: update a vendor price to all the selected products at once.

  • Export selected: create a .csv spreadsheet with details of all selected products.

  • Archive: read more about archiving products above.

  • Delete: remove the selected products from your Catalog entirely.
