The Overview page is the home base for a single project. It is the first thing you see when you open a project, and it brings everything together in one place: a row of summary cards across the top, and detailed information cards below.
The Overview page keeps the same core layout through a project's whole lifecycle. As a project moves from Invite to Opportunity to Work in Progress, a few of the cards change to match what matters at that stage. This article walks through what you see in each phase.
The Overview page in the Invite phase
When a project is in the Invite phase, the Overview page is focused on helping you decide whether the bid is worth pursuing.
The summary cards across the top:
In the Invite phase you will see:
Due Date: The next bid due date for the project, so you can see how much time you have.
Priority: The project's priority score, which reflects how well it matches the kind of work you like to bid on.
Win Rate: Your past win rate with the bidding company you win with most often, to help you gauge your odds.
The detail cards below:
Underneath the summary cards, the project's details are laid out in cards:
Project Location: The project address.
General Schedule: The expected start date, end date, and overall project length.
Preconstruction Events: Key dates such as the site walkthrough and the pre-bid meeting.
Initial SOW: The initial scope of work for the project.
Contacts & Bidders for This Project: The companies bidding this project, so you can build your estimate distribution list. Press Add a bidder to add another company.
Project Information: The core facts about the project, including the project type. This card also holds the status picker, where you can change the project's status.
Project Team: The office the project is assigned to, the current owner responsible for this phase, and any contributors.
Priority match criteria: A breakdown of why the project received the priority score it did.
Internal Project Notes: A pointer to your project notes, which now live in the side panel.
The detail cards are all editable except for Project Match Criteria.

What is added in the Opportunity phase
When you accept a project and it moves into the Opportunity phase, the Overview page stays the same, with one addition to the summary cards.
Estimate Grand Total: A fourth summary card appears next to Due Date, Priority, and Win Rate. It shows the grand total of your estimate for this project, and it updates as you build or adjust your estimate.
All of the detail cards from the Invite phase stay right where they were.
What changes in the Work in Progress phase
Once a project is Won and you press Begin project planning, it enters the Work in Progress phase. This is where the Overview page changes the most, because the focus shifts from winning the bid to running the project and getting paid.
The summary cards change:
The Due Date, Priority, and Win Rate cards are replaced with a set focused on the work and the money:
Contract Value: The current contract value, including any approved change orders.
Up Next: The next planning item that needs your attention, along with its planned date.
Project Costs To-date: How much has been spent on the project so far.
Estimate Grand Total: Your original estimate total, kept alongside the contract value so you can see how the two compare.
The Contacts & Bidders card reorganizes:
It splits into two parts:
Project Contacts: The people you are working with on the awarded project, starting with the contact at the company that won the bid.
Bidder History: A collapsible list of every company that originally bid on the project. Press it to expand the full history.
The Project Team card updates:
The current owner shown at the top becomes the Project Manager for the work phase, and the people who owned earlier phases move into the Contributors list.
