Quickest: Dragging in Board view
The fastest way is the Board view: just drag a project card from one column to the next.
Alternatively, you can also use the quick actions at the bottom of all project cards in board view.
Using the Quick Actions on the List View
Use the quick actions on the far right of a project row. When you press one of these icons, you'll be asked to confirm the action.
Use the Actions Bar on Project Detail Pages
When you press one of these icons, the project's status will be updated. You'll be asked to confirm the action.
