When Riffle finds an ITB, it automatically assigns it to an office. For many subcontractors, this is the office you shared with us when you signed up. If your company operates out of multiple offices, Riffle chooses the closest office to the project’s location, but you can change this anytime by pressing the "Edit assigned office" button (pencil icon).
⚠️ This assigned office has a direct impact on how we calculate a project’s priority score—by looking at the distance of this project from it’s assigned office, then matching it to your service distance preference. It’s critical to keep your list of office up-to-date so Riffle knows where to assign projects.
