Who owns our data?
You do. RiffleCM processes your data only to provide, secure, and improve the service, and never sells it or shares it with third parties for their own purposes. See section 6 of our Terms and Conditions.
Can we get our data out?
Yes. Your bid board, projects, contacts, companies, catalog, and estimates can be exported from within the application at any time. A complete export of your account, including uploaded documents, can be arranged on request or as part of account closure.
What happens when we cancel?
Canceling a subscription does not delete your data. As set out in section 12 of our Terms and Conditions, you have 30 days after termination to export it. After that window, your data is deleted from production systems and removed from backups as those backups age out.
Can we delete our data ourselves?
Yes. An Owner can delete the organization from within the application at any time. Deletion is immediate and permanent: all organization data is removed from production systems, and residual copies in backups age out on the retention schedule described in Backups and availability.
