Do you use AI on our data?
Yes. RiffleCM uses AI models to identify bid invitations in incoming email and to extract information from bid documents such as quotes and proposals. This is a core part of how the product works.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. RiffleCM uses enterprise API access from OpenAI and Anthropic. Under their API terms, customer data is not used to train their models. Both providers retain API inputs for a limited period for abuse monitoring and then delete them.
