Are there backups of my data?
Yes. The production database is backed up continuously with point-in-time recovery, so it can be restored to any moment within the preceding 7 days. Backups are stored encrypted. Infrastructure is hosted with providers that offer redundancy across multiple availability zones.
What happens if RiffleCM has an outage?
RiffleCM does not modify or remove your email or files at the source. Your inbox and documents remain fully accessible in your own systems regardless of RiffleCM's availability.
What is our exposure if RiffleCM is compromised, or if we are?
RiffleCM runs nothing on your network, so an incident on your side (such as ransomware) cannot spread into RiffleCM, and an incident on our side cannot reach your systems. The only connection between the two is the mailbox authorization, which your administrator can revoke at any moment.
